Malfunction!

For some reason that I have not had time to investigate the photoshop on my current computer will not open.  This means I cannot resize my pictures.  I have not determined if I can upload photos without resizing, but for now I am assuming I cannot.  Very productive day in the kitchen.  4 dozen chocolate chip cookies, 12 apple muffins and a kale salad marinating.  And I found that even when a recipe calls for apple cider and you mistakenly think apple cider vinegar, they still taste pretty good with the crumb topping from Vegan with a Vengeance. 

Busy weeks!

I have been crazy busy in so many different ways lately.  :-)  Lots of pictures but I traded computers and have some programs I need to transfer.  I <3 computers but a lot of things to think of.  Got a pretty sweet set up going at the moment though.
